Songs Of Rossland - John Ingram

Just added to the Songs Of Rossland project … "John Ingram".  Ingram has the distinction of being the first Chief of Police of Winnipeg, then Calgary, and then Rossland.  He was also the Chief of Police in 1900 when Ernest Chenoweth, an 8 year old Rossland boy, became, and remains to this day, the youngest person in Canada ever to be tried for a capital crime … that story is told in “The Killing Of Mah Lin”
