All times in Pacific Time (Vancouver). I generally start broadcasting 15 minutes before the scheduled time with some pre-recorded music so you can tune in a little early to be ready to go at the scheduled time.
Every Saturday at 2:00 pm Pacific (Vancouver) time <> some will be recordings of live sessions, exactly as they happened, both songs and stories. Some will be live with a guest on the air.
